Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, operations, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in renewals, contract management, customer success operations, or sales operations.
- Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce and Gainsight.
- Strong ability to manage multiple workflows, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across internal and external teams.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or automation environments is an asset.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with occasional travel (10–20%).
- Ability to work in English; bilingualism is considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of renewals across assigned customer contracts and subscription portfolios.
- Coordinate with distributors and internal stakeholders to initiate, track, and manage renewal proposals.
- Ensure all renewal documentation is accurately prepared, organized, and communicated in a timely manner.
- Monitor renewal progress and provide clear visibility into status, risks, and outcomes across the portfolio.
- Support low-touch and distributor-managed renewal processes to ensure continuity and efficiency.
- Assist Customer Success Managers and regional teams in coordinating renewal activities and execution efforts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date renewal data within CRM and internal tracking systems.
- Ensure proper follow-up on renewal workflows to support timely closure and revenue retention.
