Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, operations, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in renewals, contract management, customer success operations, or sales operations.
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce and Gainsight.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple workflows, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across internal and external teams.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or automation environments is an asset.
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with occasional travel (10–20%).
  • Ability to work in English; bilingualism is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of renewals across assigned customer contracts and subscription portfolios.
  • Coordinate with distributors and internal stakeholders to initiate, track, and manage renewal proposals.
  • Ensure all renewal documentation is accurately prepared, organized, and communicated in a timely manner.
  • Monitor renewal progress and provide clear visibility into status, risks, and outcomes across the portfolio.
  • Support low-touch and distributor-managed renewal processes to ensure continuity and efficiency.
  • Assist Customer Success Managers and regional teams in coordinating renewal activities and execution efforts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date renewal data within CRM and internal tracking systems.
  • Ensure proper follow-up on renewal workflows to support timely closure and revenue retention.
