Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data science, or related roles.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL.
- Strong foundation in statistics, experimentation, and causal inference methodologies.
- Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Mode, or Hex.
- Proven ability to translate complex analytical outputs into clear business recommendations.
- Strong problem-solving skills for structuring ambiguous business challenges.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to executive leadership.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science).
Responsibilities
- Partner with executive and cross-functional leaders to define key business questions, success metrics, and analytical frameworks.
- Lead deep-dive analyses across growth, performance, and operational datasets.
- Develop scalable dashboards, reporting systems, and self-serve analytics tools.
- Design and maintain core KPI definitions and measurement systems.
- Proactively surface insights and recommendations that influence roadmap decisions and investment prioritization.
- Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to improve data quality and infrastructure.
- Communicate findings through compelling narratives for executive and board-level audiences.
