Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, revenue operations, sales process design, or business process optimization in SaaS or technology environments.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, pipeline management, and pre-sales or sales enablement functions.
  • Hands-on experience applying AI, automation, or data analytics to improve revenue workflows or operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across sales, marketing, and technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced business education is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end optimization of the “land” motion, improving conversion rates, reducing sales cycle time, and increasing deal value.
  • Identify inefficiencies across the revenue funnel and implement AI-driven and data-enabled solutions.
  • Partner with SDRs, AEs, pre-sales, marketing, and channel teams to improve cross-functional alignment.
  • Design and implement best practices across discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing stages.
  • Gather and synthesize insights from field teams and leadership.
  • Drive adoption of automation and enablement tools that improve pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy.
  • Define and track key success metrics using data to refine strategy.
