Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in power system modeling and studies.
- Expertise in generator/load interconnection and system impact studies.
- Proven success in business development and client engagement.
- Experience leading project teams for national/international clients.
- Knowledge of ERCOT and/or MISO interconnection and planning procedures.
- Advanced knowledge of power system analysis and stability.
- Proficiency in power system modeling (RMS & EMT).
- Expertise in simulation tools including DSATools, PSS/E, and PSCAD.
- Experience conducting NERC and regional reliability compliance studies.
Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and develop a highly skilled and efficient technical team.
- Drive sales initiatives, prospect new customers, and negotiate contracts.
- Manage and grow relationships with U.S. customers.
- Oversee technical, financial, and operational performance of the team.
- Manage daily workloads and staff utilization rates.
- Assess market trends and develop strategies for growth.
- Provide technical coaching and mentorship to junior staff.
- Represent the organization as an industry expert.
