Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in power system modeling and studies.
  • Expertise in generator/load interconnection and system impact studies.
  • Proven success in business development and client engagement.
  • Experience leading project teams for national/international clients.
  • Knowledge of ERCOT and/or MISO interconnection and planning procedures.
  • Advanced knowledge of power system analysis and stability.
  • Proficiency in power system modeling (RMS & EMT).
  • Expertise in simulation tools including DSATools, PSS/E, and PSCAD.
  • Experience conducting NERC and regional reliability compliance studies.

Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and develop a highly skilled and efficient technical team.
  • Drive sales initiatives, prospect new customers, and negotiate contracts.
  • Manage and grow relationships with U.S. customers.
  • Oversee technical, financial, and operational performance of the team.
  • Manage daily workloads and staff utilization rates.
  • Assess market trends and develop strategies for growth.
  • Provide technical coaching and mentorship to junior staff.
  • Represent the organization as an industry expert.
