Requirements

Active NP licenses in Texas (TX), Illinois (IL), and Pennsylvania (PA)
3+ years of clinical experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, Aesthetics, Medical Spa, Dermatology, or Plastic Surgery
Deep familiarity with aesthetics and wellness treatment options, risks, and contraindications
Proficiency in EMR systems, telehealth platforms, and asynchronous messaging tools
Ability to build patient trust through a screen in under 10 minutes
Confidence to provide guidance during adverse events or clinical complications
Quiet, professional, and distraction-free workspace

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough virtual Good Faith Exams (GFEs) via video to assess patient candidacy for aesthetics, IV hydration, and wellness treatments
Evaluate patients across an expanded clinical scope including injectables, laser treatments, chemical peels, sexual health, HRT, and weight loss
Verify patient residency and ensure all documentation meets state-specific legal and regulatory standards
Monitor member treatment requests and flag anything outside their approved scope of practice
Serve as clinical contact for member questions on dosing, protocols, and adverse event management
Maintain accurate and consistent patient records in EMR systems
Participate in required training webinars to stay current on all procedures
