Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships.
  • Experience within Consulting, HR Services, or Fintech industries preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed high-value B2B sales targets.
  • Strong network of international business contacts or experience dealing with global corporate clients.
  • Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal); native or professional-level proficiency required.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities with international firms looking to enter or scale in the Indonesian market.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-level executives, founders, and international business chambers.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and discovery calls to proposal presentation and contract closing.
  • Understand the unique pain points of international clients and tailor service offerings (HR, Legal, Payroll, etc.) to meet their needs.
  • Represent IBMC at industry events, webinars, and networking sessions.
  • Work closely with internal consultants and legal team to ensure proposals are accurate and compliant.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular reports on sales targets, pipeline health, and market trends.
