Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, configuration, or platform support.
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow core modules.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, and XML.
- Understanding of relational database concepts.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
Responsibilities
- Develop and configure ServiceNow components such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Catalog Items, Notifications, and Flow Designer workflows.
- Support the implementation of integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Participate in requirement analysis sessions and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Design and maintain data structures, including tables and CMDB elements.
- Execute unit testing and support integration testing, including defect resolution.
- Collaborate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and reviews.
- Support documentation and operational readiness activities.
