Requirements

  • 12 years experience in Texas public sector agency support.
  • 12 years experience supporting CPA application systems.
  • 12 years experience creating and managing strategic roadmaps.
  • 10 years experience preparing and conducting executive presentations.
  • 10 years experience in technical project management for CAPPS.
  • 10 years experience interpreting contract language and vendor management.
  • 10 years experience in data integration, quality, and SDLC.
  • 10 years experience in IT security and control practices.
  • 10 years experience with PeopleSoft FSCM or HCM 9.2, PeopleTools, SQL, SQR, and Oracle.
  • 10 years experience with CAPPS Central production and deployment.
  • 8 years experience with IT service desk and ITIL framework.
  • 5 years experience with user role segregation of duties (SoD).
  • 2 years experience in a technical product role managing outsourced teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve product strategy and technical roadmaps.
  • Partner with managed services vendors to shape architecture and evaluate technical trade-offs.
  • Ensure digital products meet WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
  • Participate in annual IT control audits and ensure contract data security.
  • Perform technical reviews of contract templates and workflows.
  • Oversee SLAs, system monitoring, and hardware/software evaluations.
  • Coordinate technical upgrades for PeopleSoft and other software.
  • Serve as SME for Segregation of Duties and TDIS Delegated Administration.
  • Maintain technical documentation for architecture and configurations.
