Requirements
- 4+ years in Data Analytics/BI.
- 3+ years of intensive Power BI development.
- Hands-on production experience with Microsoft Fabric and Direct Lake.
- Deep expertise in Star Schema design for Medallion architectures.
- Advanced proficiency in DAX including iterators and performance optimization.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Ability to optimize Delta tables for BI consumption.
- C1+ level in English.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of a brand-new star schema from the Bronze layer up.
- Architect and configure Microsoft Fabric Direct Lake models.
- Reverse-engineer complex legacy WebFOCUS reports.
- Optimize Delta Lake + Fabric connection using V-Order, partitioning, and compaction.
- Implement robust Row-Level Security (RLS).
- Manage deployments via CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins + BitBucket).
- Present architectural roadmaps and drive technical consensus with cross-functional teams.
