  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing sales teams across multiple EMEA countries.
  • Proven track record in managing both direct and distributor-led sales models in healthcare or enterprise environments.
  • Experience selling into public healthcare systems, academic hospitals, or large medical networks.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare procurement processes, including RFP-driven environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to build accurate forecasts, manage pipelines, and deliver consistent revenue growth.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics tools.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional European languages such as German, French, Spanish, or Italian are a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across technical and clinical audiences.
  • Ability to lead remote, multicultural teams across complex international markets.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40–60% across the EMEA region.
  • Background in healthcare technology, SaaS, or clinical environments is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the EMEA commercial strategy, including market prioritization, territory planning, channel strategy, and resource allocation.
  • Own regional revenue targets, including bookings, pipeline generation, forecasting accuracy, and overall sales performance.
  • Lead and optimize distributor and channel partner performance across multiple EMEA markets.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage regional sales teams, including account managers and clinical sales specialists as the organization scales.
  • Drive direct sales activities in markets not covered by distributor partnerships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, academic institutions, and strategic healthcare stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness through conferences, marketing initiatives, and customer advocacy programs.
  • Collaborate with regulatory teams to support market access, product approvals, and regional expansion initiatives.
  • Oversee sales operations using CRM systems, ensuring accurate forecasting and performance tracking.
  • Travel across the EMEA region to support customers, partners, and business development initiatives.
