Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product design within dynamic, intensive environments.
- Meaningful experience focused on B2B SaaS and/or AI-infused products.
- Proven ability to design and improve products using user feedback and data insights.
- Demonstrated 0–1 experience in building new products.
- Portfolio required showcasing visual design craft, complex systems thinking, and user-centric approaches.
- Passion for startups and entrepreneurial environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead design for one startup at a time during the first 6–9 months of a company’s life.
- Conduct and analyze user interviews, surveys, and usability studies.
- Define and communicate the product design vision and architecture.
- Design and develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile.
- Establish initial brand identity, including logo design and visual elements.
- Build and maintain style guides, design systems, and UI libraries.
- Participate in the sourcing and recruiting process for first in-house design hires.
- Refine internal playbooks, tools, and processes.
