Requirements
- 5+ years in systems, technical operations, or revenue systems roles
- Experience owning or operating end-to-end commerce systems
- Proven experience with front-end funnels, checkout flows, and payment gateways
- Experience managing payment gateways and subscriptions
- Proven experience working with vendor-managed systems and integrations
- Ability to configure and execute directly inside systems
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues at the root level (data flows, logs, integrations)
- Ability to document workflows, dependencies, and system architecture
Responsibilities
- Own configuration, setup, and ongoing health of all core revenue systems
- Ensure orders, payments, subscriptions, and fulfillment run cleanly without manual intervention
- Build and configure products, offers, subscriptions, funnels, and workflows
- Maintain connections across marketing, commerce, fulfillment, and customer success systems
- Serve as the primary business representative to all system vendors and platforms
- Partner with the business to define key metrics and data definitions
