Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience building funnels for digital products, coaching, or online education.
  • Advanced skills in GoHighLevel and HubSpot.
  • Strong knowledge of sales automation, CRM workflows, tagging, segmentation, and user journeys.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing, design, and copywriting teams.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across CRM, email, landing pages, and integrations.
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and resourceful.

Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy landing pages, opt-in forms, and checkout sequences.
  • Launch 12 new funnels monthly and iterate existing ones.
  • Manage GoHighLevel and HubSpot CRM systems.
  • Build and troubleshoot automation workflows for email, SMS, and lead nurturing.
  • Implement segmentation, tagging, and pipeline organization.
  • Monitor KPIs and diagnose leaks in lead flow.
  • Deliver weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
