Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in an analytics role.
- 8+ years using data to make recommendations.
- College degree required.
- Knowledge of SQL required.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Proficiency with reporting tools such as Preset.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and Google Sheets experience.
- Experience in big data and database understanding.
- Operational experience in sales goaling, territory management, and commission plans.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of cross-functional partnership.
Responsibilities
- Perform sophisticated analytics to support global Restaurant Sales and Services and Marketing decisions.
- Monitor team and market health by creating reporting tools to derive action items.
- Maintain and assure data quality in dashboards and reports.
- Align metrics across departments to establish a source of truth.
- Present data analysis for audiences ranging from field sales to senior leadership.
- Identify trends and business opportunities through data analysis.
- Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and dashboards.
- Collect and action feedback for system/process enhancement requests.
- Manage revenue operations tasks including goal setting, territory management, and commission plans.
- Improve Salesforce.com (SFDC) processes.
