Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in an analytics role.
  • 8+ years using data to make recommendations.
  • College degree required.
  • Knowledge of SQL required.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with reporting tools such as Preset.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and Google Sheets experience.
  • Experience in big data and database understanding.
  • Operational experience in sales goaling, territory management, and commission plans.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of cross-functional partnership.

Responsibilities

  • Perform sophisticated analytics to support global Restaurant Sales and Services and Marketing decisions.
  • Monitor team and market health by creating reporting tools to derive action items.
  • Maintain and assure data quality in dashboards and reports.
  • Align metrics across departments to establish a source of truth.
  • Present data analysis for audiences ranging from field sales to senior leadership.
  • Identify trends and business opportunities through data analysis.
  • Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and dashboards.
  • Collect and action feedback for system/process enhancement requests.
  • Manage revenue operations tasks including goal setting, territory management, and commission plans.
  • Improve Salesforce.com (SFDC) processes.
