Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management
- Strong foundational skills (experience in SaaS and/or B2B products highly desirable)
- Strong systems thinking with ability to anticipate complexity and downstream impacts
- Ability to create prototypes and low-fidelity mock-ups
- Ability to interpret user behavior and leverage data/conversion metrics
- Ability to define and measure accuracy of data products
- Good understanding of UX principles and modern product discovery practices
- Understanding of user permissions and configurable product behaviour for enterprise needs
- Clear, effective communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own product area and take end-to-end ownership in a cross-functional environment for AI-enabled and workflow-driven product experiences
- Own success metrics and support the team in delivering measurable customer outcomes
- Partner with product triad to drive product discovery, balancing customer needs, business goals and technical feasibility
- Engage directly with customers to gather insights, validate ideas, and inform product decisions
- Work closely with Product Marketing to support messaging, positioning, and launch readiness
- Support delivery of complex initiatives by identifying dependencies (including legal, ethical and privacy implications)
- Represent product area in cross-functional discussions and communicate progress, tradeoffs, and priorities
