Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Proven track record of successful project implementations on a contractual basis.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow modules and platform architecture.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business needs.
- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and scripts.
- Develop and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation including design specifications and deployment guides.
- Investigate and resolve complex issues related to ServiceNow configurations, integrations, and performance.
- Incorporate latest ServiceNow features and industry best practices into development processes.
