- Manage inbound and reactivated contacts from automated marketing and outbound processes.
- Convert interest into qualified appointments for the Senior Sales team.
- Conduct structured discovery calls and evaluate customer fit.
- Perform consistent follow-ups and prioritize leads based on relevance.
- Hand off qualified opportunities to the Senior Sales team.
- Maintain CRM records and pipeline transparency in HubSpot.
