Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing with demonstrated experience in similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline
  • Experience in Healthcare tech or B2B SaaS
  • Ability to work in a highly cross-functional environment
  • Experience working with partner/channel marketing programs and sales-aligned growth initiatives
  • Strong understanding of inbound and outbound acquisition strategies, campaign orchestration, lifecycle marketing, and funnel optimization
  • Experience leveraging attribution, CRM, and reporting tools including Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • AI-forward mindset with willingness to continuously learn new technologies

Responsibilities

  • Develop partner and channel marketing programs that amplify co-marketing efforts, partner campaigns, webinars, marketplace placements, events, and joint demand generation initiatives.
  • Identify partner-driven growth opportunities, campaign priorities, target audiences, activation strategies, and scalable marketing motions.
  • Create scalable partner marketing playbooks, campaign frameworks, and repeatable GTM strategies.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel growth marketing campaigns across paid media, email nurture, webinars, SEO/AIO initiatives, and retargeting.
  • Support outbound marketing initiatives including audience segmentation, list strategy, campaign planning, and sales alignment.
  • Optimize full-funnel user journeys including landing pages, forms, CTAs, nurture flows, and conversion experiences.
  • Manage campaign testing strategies across messaging, targeting, creative, and conversion paths.
  • Analyze campaign, attribution, funnel, and engagement performance data.
  • Support AI-first marketing initiatives including AI search visibility, content discoverability, and AI-generated lead tracking.
