Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in professional services, IT services, or consulting.
- 4+ years of portfolio, business unit, or P&L leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success managing portfolio revenues of $5M–$7M or more.
- 4+ years of experience delivering and scaling Salesforce solutions.
- Experience with Sales, Service, Marketing, and Data Clouds.
- Experience with at least one Salesforce Industry Cloud.
- Track record of driving account growth and new logo acquisition.
- Established Salesforce professional network and partnership expertise.
- Strong financial management skills, including P&L ownership and margin optimization.
- Executive presence and strong stakeholder management capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute portfolio strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
- Define and drive annual revenue targets across portfolio accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upsell and cross-sell.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with Salesforce stakeholders.
- Drive joint go-to-market initiatives and co-selling motions with Salesforce.
- Lead a portfolio organization structure that balances customer requirements and operational stability.
- Oversee portfolio P&L, revenue, profitability, and financial forecasting.
- Manage portfolio-level risks and serve as the primary escalation point.
- Foster a customer-centric culture delivering measurable business outcomes.
