Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in professional services, IT services, or consulting.
  • 4+ years of portfolio, business unit, or P&L leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing portfolio revenues of $5M–$7M or more.
  • 4+ years of experience delivering and scaling Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience with Sales, Service, Marketing, and Data Clouds.
  • Experience with at least one Salesforce Industry Cloud.
  • Track record of driving account growth and new logo acquisition.
  • Established Salesforce professional network and partnership expertise.
  • Strong financial management skills, including P&L ownership and margin optimization.
  • Executive presence and strong stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute portfolio strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Define and drive annual revenue targets across portfolio accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upsell and cross-sell.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with Salesforce stakeholders.
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives and co-selling motions with Salesforce.
  • Lead a portfolio organization structure that balances customer requirements and operational stability.
  • Oversee portfolio P&L, revenue, profitability, and financial forecasting.
  • Manage portfolio-level risks and serve as the primary escalation point.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture delivering measurable business outcomes.
