Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing website audits and redesigns.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (wireframing, prototyping, component libraries, developer handoff).
- Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and conversion optimization.
- Mobile-first and accessibility-conscious design skills.
- Experience improving existing websites.
- Excellent visual design skills (typography, spacing, layout).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a comprehensive UX audit of the existing website across desktop and mobile devices.
- Identify usability issues, broken user journeys, and conversion opportunities.
- Deliver a structured UX audit report with prioritized recommendations.
- Create updated page layouts and UI components in Figma.
- Design key pages including homepage, landing pages, and profile pages.
- Prepare organized and developer-friendly Figma files and documentation.
- Collaborate with developers during implementation and perform QA.
- Participate in team meetings and present design decisions.
