Job Details

Experience: At least 8 years of nursing experience, including 2 years as a nurse leader in a remote oncology navigation and/or remote oncology case management environment.

Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed
At least 8 years of nursing experience
At least 2 years of experience as a nurse leader in a remote oncology navigation or case management environment
Certification: OCN, AOCN, AOCNS, or CCM
Proven leadership experience in coaching and building leaders
Experience designing/implementing performance management strategies in a remote environment
Data-driven approach to measuring success and diagnosing issues
Experience leading teams through organizational change or restructuring
Proficiency or willingness to learn Google Suite, Slack, and electronic health records (EHR)

Directly manage Nurse Team Leads, providing coaching, mentorship, and structured performance management strategies.
Enable Nurse Team Leads to improve team performance, productivity, and efficiency.
Set and monitor performance metrics across multiple teams.
Serve as an escalation point for complex member and caregiver cases.
Build strong communication loops across leadership and frontline nurses.
Champion the adoption and consistency of NCQA-compliant workflows and documentation.
Anticipate staffing and leadership needs, support succession planning, and foster career growth.
Represent nursing leadership in cross-functional forums.
