Requirements
- 2-3+ years in a customer-facing Solutions Engineer or technical implementation role
- Experience working with APIs and system integrations
- Ability to analyze and design data flows across multiple platforms
- Strong troubleshooting skills across technical workflows and configurations
- Comfort reading and interpreting API specs and technical documentation
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong cross-functional collaborator
- Calm under pressure with a bias toward practical, scalable solutions
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical roadblocks during customer implementations — including configuration challenges, integration issues, and complex workflow design
- Partner with Launch Managers, Product, and Engineering to scope technical requirements, evaluate feasibility, and implement lightweight solutions when possible
- Support pre-sales by participating in technical discovery, evaluating integration requirements, and delivering tailored demos for complex prospects
- Build and maintain internal documentation on integration patterns, product workflows, and recommended technical configurations to scale knowledge across the team
- Develop repeatable approaches for common technical challenges so the broader team can move faster
