Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, returns, and general support.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as logistics and sales to address customer needs effectively.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
