Requirements
- 5–8+ years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and UX problem solving
- Experience designing data-rich or behavior-driven consumer experiences
- Deep experience in Figma
- Strong systems thinking and information architecture skills
- Excellent visual design instincts across layout, hierarchy, and typography
- Experience collaborating directly with engineers and product managers
- Mobile app experience
- Experience simplifying complex or technical information for consumers
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product design process across core member experiences
- Design intuitive workflows across onboarding, biomarker results, dashboards, and subscriptions
- Translate complex healthcare and biomarker data into simple, user-friendly experiences
- Partner with product and engineering to define requirements and ship quickly
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer interviews
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs
- Establish scalable design systems and documentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with growth, operations, and clinical teams
