Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years in SaaS renewals, account management, or customer success.
  • Direct ownership of a renewals book of business with retention (GRR/NRR) responsibility.
  • Demonstrated success negotiating and closing renewal commercial changes.
  • Experience designing, documenting, or materially improving a renewals process, policy, or playbook.
  • Track record of partnering closely with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience managing renewal opportunities, accounts, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency with CPQ/quoting tools and BI/reporting tools.
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills and business acumen.
  • Ability to influence and lead without formal authority.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end renewals book of business for Gneea’s Security product.
  • Mature the Security renewals function by designing and improving processes, policies, and playbooks.
  • Shift the renewal motion to an earlier, proactive cadence.
  • Negotiate and close commercial terms of renewals, including pricing and multi-year commitments.
  • Build a light expansion/upsell motion within approximately 18 months.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Direct and leverage offshore renewals support.
  • Manage renewals that transact through integration and channel partners.
  • Apply AI and automation to the renewals workflow.
  • Own renewals forecasting and reporting.
