Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in an AI/ML or data science role.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience building scalable ML/NLP workflows.
- Deep hands-on experience with machine learning, deep learning, and NLP.
- Experience with Generative AI and LLMs (fine-tuning and evaluation).
- Experience deploying AI solutions in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of model validation and data preprocessing practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, fine-tune, and evaluate ML, deep learning, and Generative AI/LLM models.
- Optimize model performance across accuracy, latency, scalability, and cost.
- Build and maintain MLOps pipelines for training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Deploy and manage AI applications in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business objectives.
- Work with healthcare and life sciences datasets to build high-performance systems.
- Document AI/ML workflows and methodologies for internal knowledge sharing.
