Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering roles.
- Deep experience in backend-development, specifically Go, PostgreSQL, Redis, SQS, and observability tools.
- Experience in frontend development (Angular).
- Depth in CI/CD pipelines and tools.
- Significant experience architecting, building and delivering complex, high-performance SaaS solutions.
- Experience in cloud environments (AWS or similar) using microservices and serverless architectures.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to organize and plan work independently.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technology vision and development of core components of Pavillio.
- Independently drive design and development of new features and services across our frontend and backend stack.
- Optimize system performance, identifying and remediating bottlenecks.
- Mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.
- Help determine priorities, options, and tradeoffs across key decisions.
- Conduct code reviews, providing feedback to improve team efficiency.
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
- Enhance and maintain the CI/CD pipeline to automate builds and streamline deployments.
