Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner.
- Demonstrable experience working with sales teams and externally facing digital properties.
- Required expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Deep experience managing Agile backlogs and partnering closely with engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of sales systems.
- Experience working with API-based integrations and distributed systems.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proven ability to operate independently and manage complexity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Craft a vision and strategy based on input from customers, stakeholders, and the development team.
- Develop feedback loops with internal stakeholders and external customers to validate and solicit ideas.
- Work daily with development and analytics teams to clarify the vision, requirements, and priorities.
- Collaborate with sales and 3rd party partners to properly position products in the marketplace.
- Continuously adapt the plan by adjusting scope and priorities.
- Balance the value of deliverables with their associated cost and risk.
- Own the product backlog, objectively balancing directions from multiple stakeholders.
- Define user stories that are ready for the development team.
- Analyze competitor landscapes and market trends to identify opportunities for product innovation.
