  • 8+ years in marketing operations
  • 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Experience building marketing operations or replatforming at a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven track record at a startup or fast-scaling growth-stage company
  • Deep fluency in HubSpot or Marketo
  • Deep fluency in Salesforce
  • Proficiency in at least one BI tool (Looker, Tableau, Sigma)
  • Experience managing budget, vendor relationships, and headcount planning
  • Comfort owning data quality and GDPR/CCPA compliance

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end marketing tech stack, including selection, integration, and standards.
  • Run the annual and quarterly planning process, OKRs, and weekly business reviews.
  • Own budget models, vendor contracts, and headcount planning.
  • Manage the full customer lifecycle, including lead scoring, MQL/PQL definitions, and sales handoff.
  • Develop marketing analytics, attribution methodology, and executive-level dashboards.
  • Oversee data hygiene and compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and US state laws.
