Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or consultative B2B relationship roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and managing high-value client portfolios.
- Strong experience working with executive-level stakeholders and navigating complex enterprise environments.
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., NetSuite) and modern sales and account management technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable account strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic contact for enterprise clients, building and maintaining relationships with senior and executive-level stakeholders.
- Develop and execute annual account plans aligned with client objectives and organizational revenue goals.
- Identify and drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts to maximize long-term value.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as merchandising, marketing, and operations to deliver customized client solutions.
- Lead consultative sales discussions, providing strategic recommendations based on client needs, performance data, and market insights.
- Monitor account performance using CRM systems and track KPIs including revenue, retention, and client satisfaction.
- Deliver regular reporting, business reviews, and strategic updates to both clients and internal leadership teams.
- Ensure seamless execution of client programs through strong cross-functional coordination and communication.
