- Deep focus on fraud, risk, trust, or safety systems
- Experience building platform products used by multiple teams
- Strong API and system thinking
- Technical fluency in streaming systems
- Technical fluency in workflow orchestration
- Technical fluency in ML model integration concepts
- Experience working with fraud operations teams
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex product streams simultaneously
- Strong communication skills
- Track record of shipping iterative, high-impact products
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the product vision and strategy for financial risk systems
- Own the roadmap for real-time decisioning infrastructure
- Build and enhance fraud investigation tools, case management workflows, and automation systems
- Design and evolve restriction and mitigation frameworks
- Partner closely with fraud operations, data science, and engineering teams
- Develop platform-level APIs, schemas, and integration patterns
- Define and track key risk metrics
