Requirements
- Solid hands-on experience with Oracle Retail Cloud and retail store solutions
- Strong functional knowledge of retail operations
- Experience in omnichannel retail projects and functional system integration
- Ability to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements
- Experience producing functional documentation, process flows, and solution design artifacts
- Strong consulting mindset
- Intermediate level of English and Spanish
- Strong proficiency in Portuguese
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Lead functional requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders
- Design and document end-to-end store operational processes within Oracle Retail Cloud environments
- Translate business requirements into structured functional specifications, workflows, and process maps
- Support omnichannel retail initiatives by defining functional solutions
- Participate in workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate interpretation of business rules
- Validate functional scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria
- Contribute to implementation, rollout, and continuous improvement of store-related solutions
