Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Support, SRE, DevOps, or similar production systems roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), especially in networking and VPC architecture.
  • Deep understanding of Kubernetes and Docker in production environments.
  • Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages for debugging, automation, and API interaction.
  • Proven ability to debug complex distributed systems.
  • Experience working with APIs, logs, observability tools, and system-level debugging workflows.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering and customer-facing teams.
  • High ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Own and resolve production incidents across customer environments, including APIs, VPC deployments, and large-scale data pipelines.
  • Debug distributed systems using logs, metrics, and system-level analysis to identify root causes and ensure permanent fixes.
  • Support enterprise customers operating in AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Troubleshoot Kubernetes, Docker, networking, IAM configurations, and related infrastructure issues.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, solutions, and forward-deployed teams to resolve escalations.
  • Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams.
  • Build and improve troubleshooting documentation, runbooks, and internal tools.
