Requirements

- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Multi-unit restaurant accounting experience.
- Experience with Restaurant365 or at least two other ERPs.
- Advanced expertise in full-cycle accounting and financial statement review.
- Strong client management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
- Process optimization and workflow improvement mindset.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior accounting lead across multiple clients.
- Develop deep understanding of client operations and financial drivers.
- Oversee accounting cycle and close process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Perform high-level review of financial statements and complex reconciliations.
- Identify and resolve risks, irregularities, and inefficiencies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Accounting Managers and offshore teams.
- Evaluate workflows to drive process optimization and efficiency.
- Maintain deep expertise in company systems, tools, and accounting standards.
