Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in an accounting or finance leadership role.
- Experience scaling financial operations in a growth-oriented environment.
- Thorough knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and practices.
- Experience in the healthcare industry or digital health/telehealth sectors.
- Proficiency with Netsuite.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and Google Workspace.
- Ability to build and manage financial models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic direction and overall management of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insights for operational decision-making.
- Support the COO in evaluating market opportunities and roadmap trade-offs.
- Oversee the integrity and timely completion of the month-end close process.
- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for financial processes.
- Develop treasury management policy and provide oversight of cash flow.
- Strategically oversee all quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Manage and mentor the Accounting Manager and oversee the offshore accounting team.
