Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, focusing on B2B data products, analytics platforms, or client-facing reporting.
- Experience building data products from early stage (0 to 1).
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency with BI/analytics tools like Looker, Tableau, or Mixpanel.
- Experience working with data engineering and analytics teams to define pipelines, schemas, and data models.
- Strong understanding of data architecture and data quality as a product concern.
- Ability to write detailed specs and manage client-facing deliverables independently.
- Experience operating in ambiguous, early-stage product environments.
- Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Background in healthcare, health tech, or health insurance is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI/ML-driven insights or predictive analytics is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap for client reporting and data products.
- Transform manual, services-driven reporting into scalable, self-serve products.
- Own full intake and prioritization of client data requests.
- Translate client needs into detailed specs, user stories, and partner file specifications.
- Work directly with health plan clients to understand reporting and compliance needs.
- Partner with data engineering to define new capabilities and data models.
- Collaborate with Data Governance on HIPAA, BAAs, and PHI handling.
- Define and track success metrics for data products to drive retention and expansion.
