Requirements
- Ability to execute complex technical requirements independently.
- Strong proficiency in SQL with experience in orders, customers, and attribution models.
- Expert-level experience with dbt Core and dbt Cloud, including MetricFlow-compatible YAML configurations.
- Proficiency with Snowflake schema design, query testing, and data sharing.
- Background in Analytics Engineering translating external vendor schemas to internal DTC data models.
- Experience with GitLab for branch management.
- Familiarity with Airflow for pipeline orchestration (preferred).
- Experience with marketing mix modeling (MMM) or incrementality vendor integrations (a plus).
Responsibilities
- Participate in vendor scoping sessions to finalize full table and field requirements.
- Model a dedicated datamart in the dbt transformations marts layer.
- Translate vendor schema specifications into internal field mappings including DTC-adjusted logic.
- Configure Snowflake data sharing and connections for vendor ingestion.
- Write dbt tests and documentation for all models.
- Manage merge request workflows using GitLab.
