- Prior experience in healthcare or health IT environment strongly preferred
- Nursing Informatics degree is a plus

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of customer implementation projects from Kick-Off to Go-Live
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans, status reports, and user guides
- Collaborate with customers to translate objectives into appropriate product configurations
- Train customers on software use, best practices, and workflow optimization
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships as the main point of contact
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet project milestones
- Ensure a smooth transition to Customer Success
