Requirements

  • 10+ years of related professional experience with 3+ years focused in marketing analytics.
  • 3+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical field.
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, attribution models, incrementality, funnel optimization).
  • Experience working with paid marketing channels (Google, Meta, programmatic, affiliates).
  • Advanced proficiency with modern data stacks (dbt, Airflow, SQL).
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Hex).
  • Strong experience working directly on A/B testing, including design, deployment, and interpretation.
  • Experience setting up Multi-Touch Attribution solutions.
  • Experience building processes around data standardization, goaling, and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, execution, and evolution of marketing analytics.
  • Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to drive acquisition and retention.
  • Define frameworks for measuring marketing performance and allocating spend.
  • Manage and develop a small team of data scientists.
  • Translate business questions into actionable research and discovery plans.
  • Design and scale A/B testing frameworks for funnel performance.
  • Act as a thought partner to the Chief Marketing Officer to drive profitable growth.
