- Proven track record of delivering production software at scale in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical grounding in web application architecture, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Proven experience building and scaling high-throughput production APIs or services.
- Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and delivery velocity across multiple initiatives.
- Prior experience hiring and developing high-performing engineers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills working cross-functionally with Product & Design.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead high-performing engineering teams.
- Partner with Product and Design to translate strategy into software.
- Ensure operational excellence and deliver measurable business impact.
- Review architecture and challenge technical tradeoffs.
