Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience
- Proven experience building and shipping production systems in fast-paced startup environments
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and React
- Hands-on experience building or integrating AI systems such as LLMs, RAG pipelines, or agentic workflows
- Experience working with complex, real-world enterprise datasets and system integrations
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot)
- Strong product intuition and system design skills
- Ownership mindset with ability to independently drive features
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Build and scale backend services powering AI-driven procurement workflows
- Design and implement LLM-based pipelines, RAG systems, and agentic workflows
- Develop and maintain APIs and data processing systems that integrate with ERP systems
- Contribute to the React-based frontend
- Collaborate closely with founding engineers on system architecture
- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding
- Ensure observability, performance, and maintainability across services
