Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in SaaS or automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of API concepts (OAuth, REST APIs, webhooks, pagination, rate limits, data modeling).
- Proven track record of shipping complex, user-facing features in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience owning large-scale, customer-facing product platforms.
- Analytical mindset to interpret activation funnels, adoption trends, and reliability metrics.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive platform initiatives.
- Experience working with engineering on scalable frontend and backend architecture.
- Comfort with data analysis tools like Superset, Pendo, or Tableau.
Responsibilities
- Own marketplace and integration vertical(s) roadmap, delivery, reliability, and adoption.
- Review third-party API documentation and define integration configurations.
- Proactively identify missing workflow framework primitives.
- Improve integration quality, importer flows, data parity, and workflow entry points.
- Analyze support tickets and feedback to drive product improvements.
- Track metrics like integration time-to-ship and workflow usage.
- Partner with documentation teams to build high-quality help content.
