Requirements

U.S.-based practicing physician with MD or equivalent medical qualification
3+ years of medical experience in clinical practice, diagnostic evaluation, patient care, medical education, chart review, or related medical work
Strong ability to create diagnostic cases and evaluate clinical reasoning with evidence-based standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong technical proficiency and comfort working in a remote project environment
Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to follow structured instructions

Responsibilities

Create realistic diagnostic cases based on clinical presentation, patient history, symptoms, exam findings, labs, imaging, and specialty-specific considerations
Develop case materials that require careful clinical reasoning, differential diagnosis, risk assessment, and evidence-based decision-making
Structure diagnostic scenarios with clear source details, expected reasoning paths, and clinically appropriate outcomes
Create structured rubrics for scoring clinical responses to diagnostic cases
Evaluate medical responses for diagnostic accuracy, reasoning quality, completeness, safety, clarity, and guideline alignment
Provide clear written feedback explaining clinical strengths, concerns, and scoring decisions
Apply medical judgment to stress-test structured healthcare reasoning workflows
Support review of clinical materials in a professional, detail-oriented remote environment
