  • Experience in digital marketing, paid media, or advertising platforms
  • Familiarity with Amazon Ads, Meta, Google, or TikTok
  • Ability to work across multiple teams and coordinate information
  • Proactive and assertive problem-solving approach
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary communication bridge between clients and internal PPC teams
  • Manage client communication across calls, email, and messaging channels
  • Understand client requests and business goals and translate them into internal actions
  • Work closely with PPC managers to analyze campaign performance
  • Translate advertising data and performance insights into client recommendations
  • Filter and manage communication to ensure expectations remain realistic
  • Prepare and lead regular client calls regarding performance and strategy
  • Collaborate with PPC, content, and management teams to track deliverables
  • Proactively follow up with internal teams to resolve project delays
  • Maintain account documentation and information across internal tools
