Requirements
- Confident in explaining complex topics to clients
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and performance reports
- Experience in digital marketing, paid media, or advertising platforms
- Familiarity with Amazon Ads, Meta, Google, or TikTok
- Ability to work across multiple teams and coordinate information
- Proactive and assertive problem-solving approach
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary communication bridge between clients and internal PPC teams
- Manage client communication across calls, email, and messaging channels
- Understand client requests and business goals and translate them into internal actions
- Work closely with PPC managers to analyze campaign performance
- Translate advertising data and performance insights into client recommendations
- Filter and manage communication to ensure expectations remain realistic
- Prepare and lead regular client calls regarding performance and strategy
- Collaborate with PPC, content, and management teams to track deliverables
- Proactively follow up with internal teams to resolve project delays
- Maintain account documentation and information across internal tools
