Requirements
- 5 years of experience in partner success, account management, strategy consulting, or senior operational roles
- Background in B2B tech, legal tech, professional services, or publishing
- Proven track record of designing and improving end-to-end processes
- Experience building or leading small teams, or strong readiness to lead
- Strong project and program management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management at C-level and senior partner level
- Analytical mindset with experience in operational data and reporting frameworks
- Fluent English (C2) proficiency
Responsibilities
- Own strategic publishing partnerships across 5–6 European markets
- Build and manage the end-to-end partner journey
- Analyze and identify gaps in partner-facing processes
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize partner operations
- Coordinate complex workstreams
- Translate partner requirements into product and engineering specifications
