- Experience co-selling with a direct sales organization
- Experience managing channel conflict and deal registration
- Entrepreneurial, self-directed mindset
- Ability to operate with ambiguity in a fast-growing, international company
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across both partner executives and field teams
