Requirements

  • 2-3 years of personal lines insurance experience in a service, retention, or sales support role
  • Active Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license in at least 10 states
  • Proven success preventing cancellations and cross-selling additional products
  • High proficiency in navigating multiple carrier systems and CRMs
  • Excellent communication and empathy skills
  • Ability to interpret complex insurance data
  • Detail-oriented and capable of performing with limited oversight

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service via phone, email, and SMS
  • Retain and grow customers by managing renewals and presenting competitive solutions
  • Drive revenue through consultative selling by quoting and binding additional lines of coverage
  • Interpret and analyze policies, endorsements, and reports
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Training, and Operations teams
  • Master technology systems including CRM tools, comparative raters, and carrier portals
  • Champion efficiency and accuracy by leveraging automation
