Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (highly desirable).
  • Previous experience in a similar sales or business development role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in prospecting and lead qualification.
  • Proven track record of success in a goal-driven environment.
  • Language proficiency in English, Bahasa (Indonesian), and Mandarin (China & Taiwan).
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
  • Experience with Groove is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, competitive team environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Growth mindset and proactive, self-starting attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify and nurture incoming leads from webinars, events, and other marketing activities.
  • Identify business opportunities for the sales team.
  • Execute outreach via warm calling, email sequences, and LinkedIn messaging.
  • Convert AQLs into Sales Qualified Opportunities using the MEDDPICC method.
  • Meet weekly, quarterly, and annual lead generation goals.
  • Track all communications and metrics accurately in Salesforce.com.
  • Support attendance for end-user events through targeted outreach.
