Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (highly desirable).
- Previous experience in a similar sales or business development role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in prospecting and lead qualification.
- Proven track record of success in a goal-driven environment.
- Language proficiency in English, Bahasa (Indonesian), and Mandarin (China & Taiwan).
- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
- Experience with Groove is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, competitive team environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Growth mindset and proactive, self-starting attitude.
Responsibilities
- Qualify and nurture incoming leads from webinars, events, and other marketing activities.
- Identify business opportunities for the sales team.
- Execute outreach via warm calling, email sequences, and LinkedIn messaging.
- Convert AQLs into Sales Qualified Opportunities using the MEDDPICC method.
- Meet weekly, quarterly, and annual lead generation goals.
- Track all communications and metrics accurately in Salesforce.com.
- Support attendance for end-user events through targeted outreach.
