Requirements
- Strong accounting background and experience with Finance ERP (GL, AP, AR, FA, Project Accounting).
- Hands-on experience with Oracle SaaS financial applications.
- Proven experience managing technical teams.
- Strong project management expertise including identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
- Ability to write functional specifications for integrations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills for system issues and process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support Oracle EPM, Fixed Assets, Project, Accounts Payable, Accounting, and Procurement applications.
- Develop project plans, track milestones, and manage project staffing and budgets.
- Lead and coach internal staff and provide guidance to contractors and third-party vendors.
- Drive workshops with business stakeholders to gather and assess requirements.
- Define implementation baseline plans and direct technical teams for development and testing.
- Perform root cause analysis and manage system configuration, data corrections, and process optimization.
- Document business scenarios and support CRP, SIT, and UAT testing cycles.
