- Proven track record of building and owning data infrastructure at scale
- Deep expertise with dbt
- Strong experience managing ELT/ETL pipelines end to end
- Full mastery of SQL and strong Python proficiency
- Deep hands-on experience designing, running and owning experimentation programmes
- Experience deploying AI tools
- A track record of influencing technical direction and data strategy
- Strong communicator who can simplify complex data ideas for both technical and non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Own production-grade pipelines, dbt models, dashboards and metric frameworks.
- Define north star metrics.
- Drive experimentation infrastructure.
- Translate results into clear business recommendations.
